Abbi Branson - Has been baking since 2010 and has been with C2R since our first day of baking from home. She is in her junior year at Yorkville High School.
Ashley Hilt - Has been baking since she was a kid with her Mom and Grandma. Ashley began decorating cakes after having her children and has grown from there. She specializes in baking and decorating our sugar cookies.
Becca Quintin - Has been decorating and baking since 2006. She got the baking but after a family member made her a special cake. Becca specializes in fondant figures, and buttercream decorations.
Caitlyn Waite - Has grown up with a dad who makes cakes. She is very creative and specializes in fondant decor and small details on cakes. Caitlyn is in her senior year at Oswego High School.
Chloe Craft - Has been baking since she was a child. She is very creative in decorating as well as baking. Chloe is in her senior year at Aurora Central Catholic High School.
Diane Johnson - As the former owner of Elmer's Fudge in downtown Oswego, Diane is our in house - handmade candy genius. She does all of our chocolate work for us and all of our amazing cake balls.
Jeni Uswajesdakul - Has a culinary background starting in 2003. Jen has experience in pastries and many desserts and has the pleasure of working on the pastry team at the Savoy Hotel in London, England.
Kate Kozacek - Has baked with her family for most of her life. Kate also has 2 years of culinary training. She specializes in baking and would like to develop a gluten free menu for us in the future.
Kathleen Schmid - Has been baking for close to 40 years. Kathleen has a degree in biology and a background as a nanny. She loves to experiment in the kitchen and loves to work with children helping them gain a love for cooking and baking.
Missy Plohr - Has been baking her whole life. She grew up with a Grandma and Great-Grandma who baked. Her Grandma gave her a decorating set, and off she went. Missy specializes in Baking and Candies.
Rachel Davis - Has been baking for 3 years now. She has a bachelors degree in Management and Small Business Management. Rachel came to us through an internship at North Central College. Once that was over, she stayed with us. She specializes in baking and decorating our sugar cookies.
Robin Robatzek - Has been baking since she was about 6 years old, it has always been her passion. Robin specializes in baking our cinnamon rolls and other morning goodies.
