Cupcakes 2 Remember, and a Whole Lot More, Inc was started in 2010 by Diana Jensen and Kristi George, both natives of Oswego. We began our business baking cupcakes, pies, cheesecakes and cookies from our homes. Within our first year of business, we outgrew our kitchens! With the loving support of our husbands and families, we were able to open our bakery and coffee house (Staffed with very talented bakers, and decorators with a wide variety of specialties!) in Mason Square at the corner of Route 34 and Douglas Road in Oswego.
